This week's entire episode of TAL follows a group of car salesmen in Long Island as they try to reach their monthly quote of sales for their dealership. TAL producer Brian Reed follows Manny Rosales, one of the staff who keeps a lower profile on the showroom.
In 2010, Reed was awarded the Above the Fray Fellowship by the John Alexander Project, which provides funding for young journalists. Reed used the fellowship funding to produce a story called "Climate Change and Faith Collide in Kiribati," about rising sea levels in a tiny island nation in the Central Pacific Ocean.
